Cisco released this recent study about what young professionals want in a work environment. The big winners were: the use of social media, device freedom, and the ability to work remotely. Here’s the big kicker, of 2,800 young people surveyed, 45% said they would take a lower paying job to make that happen!

30% of college students said that they would consider the following things ABOVE salary when weighing potential job offers.
